Meet Amanda
A therapist supporting adults through grief, caregiving, family complexity, infertility, and life transitions.
Why This Work Matters
Many people come to therapy because they are carrying something heavy that other people do not fully see. They may be caring for an aging parent, grieving a major loss, navigating infertility, managing complicated family relationships, or trying to keep functioning while feeling emotionally exhausted inside.
My work is grounded in both clinical training and genuine understanding of how complex grief, caregiving, family dynamics, and major life transitions can feel.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, reflective, and focused on helping you better understand yourself and move forward in a way that feels meaningful.
