Therapy that feels human, grounded and supported

I support adults carrying emotional responsibilities that are difficult to explain to other people.

Many of my clients are caregivers, professionals, partners, adult children, siblings, or individuals grieving losses that have changed the way they see themselves, the people around them and their future.

My approach is warm, collaborative, emotionally attuned, and goal-focused. Together, we create space to understand what you are carrying, process what feels unresolved, and help you move forward with more clarity and support.

How do I know if I have caregiver burnout?

Caregiver burnout can look like emotional exhaustion, resentment, guilt, irritability, constant worry, difficulty sleeping, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself in the caregiving role.

Can grief happen before someone dies?
Yes. This is often called anticipatory grief. It can happen when someone you love is ill, declining, or changing in ways that feel painful to witness.

Is infertility grief real grief?
Yes. Infertility and pregnancy loss can involve deep grief, identity changes, relationship strain, anger, sadness, and isolation.

Do you offer virtual therapy in Ontario?
